What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Service and install traditional/tankless water heaters, fixtures, valves, and water filtration lines.
• Maintain, rebuild, and scale vintage or modern hot water steam boilers.
• Resolve sewer and drain blockages utilizing advanced equipment (cable machines, hydro jetting, and sewer video camera inspections).
• Provide clear, transparent, and friendly communication to homeowners and building managers before starting any work.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Must hold a current State of Illinois Plumbing License and/or City of Chicago Journeyman Plumber License.
• Proven experience in residential or light commercial service plumbing (familiarity with older Chicago infrastructure is a massive plus!).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills—someone who leaves the workspace spotless and handles clients with respect.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
